If there is one thing that the last couple of years has taught us.

It really is that your health truly is your wealth.

I have worked in health and weight loss nutrition for a very long time now.

Yet I have never seen the number of people that I have recently who are heading out for a walk.

Heading out for a bike ride.

Or just making better choices when it comes to their lifestyle and nutrition.

The most recent enquiries that I have received with regards to The PHF Programme are now not only about losing weight.

But are now also about improving health and improving lifestyles too.

Being able to wake up in the morning without feeling sluggish.

Having that energy ready to attack the day.

That feeling of confidence in the clothes that they enjoy wearing.

And just the simple things.

Like being able to chase their kids around the house or park without feeling uncomfortable or out of breath.

I really have seen a shift in the last 18 months where people are now looking to improve their nutrition.

Improve their daily habits.

And also improve their mindset.

In a bid to be as fit and healthy as they possibly can.

Not only for themselves but for their families too.

This really is encouraging to see.

And it is something that as a health and weight loss nutrition consultancy I work hard at with my clients to achieve.
