“You Only Live Once!”

“You Only Live Once”

A sentence that gets said to me sometimes when I talk about health and weight loss nutrition.

And it is also a sentence that I actually agree with.

Whatever some people may think.

You do only live once, as far as I am aware anyway.

And living a life being restricted to just eating chicken and broccoli every day wouldn’t be much fun at all.

But living only once should also mean that you live your life to the maximum.

And I believe that taking care of your body and your health is one of the best ways to do it.

I work with some weight loss nutrition clients who literally just want to be able to kick a football with their kids in the park without feeling overweight out and of breath.

I work with some weight loss clients who just want to wake up in the morning, get dressed, and tie their shoelaces without feeling uncomfortable around their midsection.

Weight loss for some people is far more than just losing weight to look good in the mirror.

For some people.

It is just about being able to live a day-to-day life with which they feel comfortable in

So please, if you ever get me wrong and think that I want my clients to just be “thin” then you are completely wrong.

I am not interested in my clients looking a certain way.

But I am interested in my clients being healthy and happy with what they see in the mirror.

And I am interested in seeing my clients living a happy life with which they feel content.

You do “only live once”

But wouldn’t it be better to live that life feeling good about yourself and being happy inside your own skin?

I certainly think so.

And this is something that I work hard on creating with my weight loss clients 🙂
