Let’s pick up where we left off on Friday.

We have had our call.

We are the perfect fit for each other.

And we begin working together on your weight loss goals.

You are on your journey to fat loss!

So what else happens?

Do I just give generic info for my clients and just check in on them now and again praying that it is working?

Absolutely not.

From the beginning of their weight loss journeys with me.

I am consistently checking in with my clients.

To see if they have any issues.

To see if they have any questions.

And to make sure that they have a full understanding of our current weight loss plan for the week.

They have my full, 100% support every single day.

Via a direct private, client-only message centre to me.

Not only that.

My clients also receive weekly educational updates to their personalised online weight loss platforms.

To help them build their mindset and knowledge around weight loss nutrition.

From video content recorded and researched by me.

To written weight loss documents that are researched and put together by me also.

As well as some quick bite-sized educational resources that can be consumed if they get a spare ten minutes.

All the way to a members-only podcast! (And there are some crackers in there with some brilliant guests!)

I then finish the week with an in-depth client check-in.

Where I am able to dig even deeper into my client’s week.

Iron out any current or potential future issues that may cause problems.

And where I review their week and get them all set up with a new plan ahead if required!

As a weight loss coach.

I have to have a huge understanding that I am working with real people.

Not robots.

And that sometimes it requires a human touch to what I do.

Having understanding and empathy for my client’s lifestyle is a hugely important factor in what I do.

And I honestly feel this is a huge reason that I get them such fantastic results 🙂
