Why Do I Work With Weight Loss Clients

Being a Certified Nutritionist, I am qualified to work in many areas of nutrition.

From health and weight loss nutrition.

To performance nutrition.

Right through to prepping bodybuilders.

So why do I choose to focus my attention on helping people to lose weight?

Well, for one, I do not get any sort of kick out of creating men or women terrible relationships with food with restrictive eating.

Neither do I get a kick out of placing women, who look to shred their body fat to ridiculously low and unhealthy levels, into a position where they could potentially experience amenorrhea.

Just call me ethical I suppose.

I mean, it might look great for my Insta highlight reel to have a load of shredded females on there.

But if that comes at a cost of creating them long-term mindset and health issues, then I will leave that one for the “Insta Coaches”.

Who are more interested in their own portfolio than they are in creating their clients a better mindset and relationship with food.

I do, however, get a massive kick out of helping men and women, just like you, to lose weight.

Be happier with what they see in the mirror.

And gain back control of their life.

I just love helping people who have been struggling to lose weight for years, see that it can actually be done.

And that with the correct guidance and help, that they too can lose weight and lead a happy and confident life.

Without the restrictive diets.

Without having a poor relationship with food.

And without living a miserable life eating nothing but chicken and broccoli.

Like I always say.

I get real people, real weight loss results, without the restriction.

And I do it all by backing up my methods with science whilst only having the very best interest of my clients at heart.

Health and weight loss nutrition is far more than a job to me 🙂
