Who Do You Want to Be?

Who do you want to be?

A pretty powerful question when you think about it?

And a question that I feel is well worth asking yourself from time to time.

Back when I was 21 (it wasn’t that long ago…honest!)

I wanted to be the fittest person on the planet.

I wanted to lift the heaviest weight.

And I wanted to be in cover model shape 365 days of the year.

But nowadays, I view things a little bit differently.

And my outlook on life has changed hugely.

Maybe that comes with age?

Nowadays, this where I want to be.

I want to like what I see in the mirror.

I want to feel good about myself.

I want to be healthy.

And most of all.

I want to be happy.

And in a good place mentally.

Pretty much exactly the same outlook and goals on life that my current client base who I work with have.

They too want to like what they see in the mirror.

Lose a little bit of that unwanted weight that makes them feel uncomfortable.

Become and feel a little healthier.

And to be in a good place mentally.

It is never too late to become what you want to be.
