What Are Your Goals For 2022?

I was speaking to my clients last night about their goals for 2022.

What their personal goals were.

And how they envisaged 2022.

During the winter months, it can be SO hard to stay on track.

It’s cold 🥶

It’s dark 🌧

And the summer seems to be a million miles away ☀️👀

So it is important for me at this time of year to give my clients direction.

Give them clarity.

Keep them pushing forwards.

And to keep progressing.

I honestly believe that November and December are some of the most important months to be coached.

Because so many people out there take their foot off the gas with their health and weight loss journey during the winter months.

And then go into the New Year on the back foot and ten steps backward from where they were before.

For this reason, I work intensely with my clients to guide them through what can be one of the hardest times of the year.

So my point today is this.

I know that the winter months can be hard.

But taking your foot off the gas completely is going to potentially put you in a far worse place for the New Year.

I am not saying that you should live like a saint this Christmas.

Because I won’t be.

And neither do I expect my clients to either.

But getting 80% right is far better than nothing during these hard winter months.

So let’s stick with it.

And let’s all go into 2022 absolutely thriving 🏆
