Weight Loss Nutrition Advice on Social Media…

ME: After reading the majority of weight loss nutrition advice on social media.

I have to be honest.

Sometimes I wonder why I do it to myself.

Because it is always a hugely painful experience.

And yesterday was no different.

After being alerted to a social media post by a current client.

I had to go and investigate.

And I was not disappointed.

The “advice” WAS as bad as I had expected.

Always remember one thing within the world of weight loss nutrition.

If somebody is preaching about any particular weight-loss method.

And claiming that it fixes everything apart from world peace.

Then you can be pretty sure that they normally have something to sell behind it.

And that they have a huge bias behind it.

Try not to get washed away with jumping on a bandwagon.

And washed away with people’s beliefs.

Always go with the science.

Anything else is just guesswork.
