Weekly Online Client Check-Ins…

A question that I have been asked a few times when it comes to my online weight loss coaching platform is “How do you get results if you do not see the client in person?”

This is a very valid question.

But one that has a super simple answer to it.

It is quite simply, the level of support that I give to my clients.

Let us take a look at just one of the ways that I support my weight loss clients online.

The weekly “Check-In”.

Every single week, my online clients get a weekly check-in to complete.

I then sit down and dig right into the metrics and fix any problems that they feel they have.

Before setting them up for another 7 days of weight loss success.

We discuss absolutely every angle of their week.

What they feel has been good.

What they feel has been bad.

And exactly how we are going to set up the next 7 days for them to continue their fat loss progress.

All bases are covered.

No stone is left unturned.

And my clients move forwards with confidence and satisfaction on how they are going to approach the next 7 days ahead.

Check-ins are also delivered in a way that suits the client.

If they need to speak directly to me?

We jump on a call.

If they are busy and have no time for a call?

I will leave them their weekly feedback inside their personal online platform to view at their leisure.

It really is that flexible.

And it has to be.

Because I work with real people, with real lives.

And I have to find a way that works for them.

That still yields them amazing results.

The weekly Check-In is hugely important for client progress.

But is only one of the ways that I use to support my 1-1 clients.
