The other day.

I posted a list of the “Top 3 Fat Burning Supplements”

The list was, let’s say, a little underwhelming.

As it had absolutely nothing on it.

For good reason.

This leads me to my post today.

“Top 3 Fat Burning Foods”

And as you may see.

That list is completely empty too.

Again.

Working in the world of nutrition, I hear it all.

Every fad.

Every opinion.

And every nutrition method based on absolutely no fact.

So if you are here today looking for those “Top 3 Fat Burning Foods”

Then you are again going to be disappointed.

Because no matter how many times you hear…

“Eat fat to burn fat”

“Eat this food because it ramps up your metabolism”

It just won’t make it true.

The thought of sitting there filling your face with fat.

Or sitting there eating foods that “will raise your metabolism”

And expecting the weight to just drop off you.

Fills me with dread.

Because it just is not going to happen.

I will let that section of the industry carry on giving out misleading information to people.

While trying my very best to guide my clients and as many people around them as humanly possible.

And I will continue to give my clients, and people who follow my content, the real answers that will get the weight loss results.
