No big blog from me today on this Friday morning.

Just a throwback to my third professional boxing match in 2011 which I thought that I would share with you.

And I am going to be completely honest.

It feels like an absolute lifetime ago now!

Ten years on though.

And I am much happier on the safer side of the ropes.

Luckily still heavily involved with professional boxing with the One Nation Boxing Team.

And now heavily involved in the world of online health and weight loss nutrition.

Where I get real people.

Real results.

Without the restriction.

As well as working with an amazing set of private PT clients too.

Anyway…
