After another busy week here at PHF HQ.

Here are a few thoughts for the end of the week.

When it comes to health and weight loss nutrition…

✅ Consistency will always beat perfection

✅ You cannot get away from the fact that energy balance is king

✅ To truly sustain long term weight loss you have to build new habits

✅ There is no “shortcut” or “hack” to losing weight (sorry shake plan sellers 🤗)

So…

Just know this.

Real weight loss is not easy.

It takes a little bit of time.

It takes a little bit of effort.

And it takes a boatload of consistency.

Regardless of the smoke and mirrors that you may see across the internet and social media 👀

That is the truth of the matter.

Weight loss is not easy.

But with the correct guidance and willingness to change.

It is absolutely achievable!
