There Is No “Quick Fix”

That’s right.

I am off on one again about the importance of playing the long game when it comes to long-term weight loss success.

But there is a good reason for it.

Ask yourself this.

Have you ever been on a “diet” and lost weight?

You may have answered yes to that question.

But now ask yourself this.

Have you ever lost weight on a “diet” and KEPT the weight off in the long term?

Now, I am going to go out on a limb here and say that the chances are that you haven’t.

And why is this?

Well, the answer is pretty simple.

You have never, ever, been given the chance to succeed.

The diet you have jumped into and crashed off a ton of weight in a short space of time has never given you the real tools to succeed in the long term.

And that is the current issue that we are facing with the diet trends in this industry.

Far too many “quick fixes” are promising the world.

Far too many diets that are claiming all sorts of confusing witchcraft.

And far too many diets that fail to give you real clarity and real direction.

And it drives me completely bonkers.
