The Importance of Sleep!

Sleep.

Something that is hugely undervalued by many people when it comes to health, fitness, and weight loss.

If I had a quid for every time somebody had asked me what the “best supplement” is to help them with feeling more alert and refreshed.

I would be living it up on a private island by now.

When my reply back to them is “sleep”.

They look at me gone out.

Like I am on the wind-up.

Or like I am trying to trick them.

But Believe me.

I really am not.

You see, sleep is such an amazingly powerful tool to have in the toolbox when it comes to health, fitness, and weight loss.

And SO many people just disregard it.

To their detriment.

The difference that you feel after a good night’s sleep is phenomenal.

It improves your focus.

It improves your mindset.

It improves your mood.

It helps with better decision-making.

And it helps us to make better decisions when it comes to food.

So, the next time that you feel the need to look into supplementation to help give you that “boost”.

Try taking a look at your current sleep hygiene first.

Your current sleep structure.

And the actual amount of quality hours of sleep that you get each night.

Remember, as adults.

We should be looking for between 7-9 hours of sleep per night.

And if you are not hitting that?

You are potentially missing a huge trick when it comes to your health, fitness, and weight loss.

It is something that I am hugely hot on with my clients.

And something that is an absolute game-changer when people get it right.
