Absolutely loved recording our first ever podcast in video form for my clients last week.

And I think that they all absolutely loved it too!

But I think that was more down to the podcast guest being a bit of a legend.

As well as him also delivering an inspiring story too.

Rather than them having to listen to me driveling on about weight loss nutrition 😬

Regardless of why they all enjoyed it.

I am just glad that they did.
