Sometimes I worry…

Sometimes I worry about this industry.

I worry about the effects that it has on people.

The people who are viewing its health, fitness, and nutrition-related content online.

Because so much of it is misleading.

And not only is it misleading.

But lots of it is as fake as you like too.

From ripped up males with muscle upon muscle.

Claiming that their favorite protein shake is how they got stacked 👀

“Just enter my athlete code upon check out” 🙄

To women in the tightest leggings known to man.

With the camera lens full of their arses.

Claiming that their *insert bullsh*t weight-loss nutrition method here* is the reason that they are a size 6.

Not willing to mention the disordered eating pattern that they have developed.

Along with their food restriction and obsession with looking “thin”.

It just all stinks to me.

It is all so fake.

And it is all so nauseating.

I am all for living your life the way that you want to live it.

And looking the way that you want to look.

I am not knocking that.

At all.

But I think that there is a responsibility.

Especially if you are a coach in this industry.

To tell people the real truths of getting in shape.

Losing weight.

And changing your life.

Because it really is not as simple as they like to make out.

Real weight loss is hard.

Changing your lifestyle is not easy.

And improving your daily habits takes effort.

Whatever the highlight reel of Instagram may like to sell you.

Fake people and fake Instagram influencers.

Get in the bin 🤮
