I am also very much a very real coach, who also has a very real life too.

As was expertly demonstrated by Elle on Sunday afternoon just gone.

As she walked behind me.

And proceeded to drop the entire amount of one of her iced coffees all over the floor behind me.

While I was doing a LIVE group coaching call with one of my client groups!

She could not have timed it any better! 🥴

I managed to stay super professional too.

Until that is.
