Progress… Not Perfection

Perfection.

Something that when on a weight loss journey, you will very rarely find.

Not because people are not striving for it.

But because in reality.

We all live very real lives.

I mean, do not get me wrong.

It would be amazing if every day and every week went to plan.

But unfortunately in the real world that we all live in.

It just is not always a reality.

Work meetings pop up unexpectedly.

You forget your lunch while rushing out of the front door in the morning so grab a snack at the shop instead.

You are out with the other half for food in the evening where you do not want to be the only person sat there with a salad bowl.

Or the kids are playing up which just throws the whole day into disarray.

My clients experience these issues on a daily basis.

And some days just do not go to plan for them.

This is perfectly fine.

I do not expect perfection here from my clients.

It just puts far too much pressure on them.

I understand that they all have real lives and that sometimes I will have to change the approach.

And methods for them to keep them moving forwards with their weight loss goals.

This is why giving set and restrictive nutrition plans are something that I do not do here at my online weight loss consultancy.

I have to give my clients room to manoeuvre and I have to make sure they know that they haven’t “failed” if their day has not gone to plan.

I just have to readjust their course for them and use other tools in our toolbox if needed.

I am never looking for perfection here at my consultancy from my clients.

Because it just does not exist.

Progress.

Now that is what I am looking for.

And with my coaching, this is exactly what we get 🙂
