Last week.

We marked 4 years here at the PHF Studio.

I did not make a big deal about it at the time.

Because it falls on the same day as 9/11.

And it just never seems right and proper to be putting up posts with any form of a party vibe to it on that day.

For very obvious and sad reasons.

But now that the day has passed.

And we are now moving into a new week.

I think that it is important for myself and my team here to reflect on how far we have come since we have been at our little members-only private PT studio in Derby.

Because that studio, the people within it, and the integrity that we all have as a service, are so special to me.

Not only has our studio seen the growth of the PHF business in many other areas.

It has also witnessed the growth of so many of our members over the years too.

From improvements in health.

To improvements in fitness.

All the way to life-changing fat loss body transformations.

We have changed so many lives.

That makes me so proud.

And I could not be more inspired by the team or the members that we have here, and for what they have all achieved.

Together.

As a team.

So this post today is just a huge thank you to every single person who has made our little studio.

And our amazing service.

What it is today.

And that is a high-level, professional, health, fitness, and weight loss nutrition service.

With integrity at the forefront of every single thing that we do.

Where we have now had a fully booked PT diary for well over 18 months.

Which makes me super proud of what, and how, we deliver our service here.

The future for PHF is bright.

We are now moving heavily into the online weight loss nutrition space.

Where we are getting amazing results.

And where we will continue to change people’s lives.

As for our studio.

I still see many years of amazing service still to be delivered within it.

And continued growth of our amazing community.

Whilst getting our clients fantastic results.

A huge thank you to all who have had my back over these tough and testing years in business.

I know who you all are.

And I will never forget your help and relentless support during the harder times here.

Especially during the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic.

Here is to many, many more years of the PHF brand growing to phenomenal heights.

And to changing as many lives in a positive way that we possibly can 🥂
