Myth-busting.

Something that I do a lot with my clients.

And for good reason.

Not only is myth-busting one of the favourite parts of my job.

But it is also a hugely important aspect of it too.

So many people get taken off track with their weight loss journey due to some ridiculous myths that do the rounds out there in this industry.

And this is why I actively encourage my clients to work closely with me and to ask me any questions that they have along the way.

I want them to feel empowered.

I want them to feel empowered with the knowledge that I give them.

And I want them to feel confident as they move forwards with their weight loss journey with me.

Some of the myths that we have busted recently with our clients have included…

Does Aspartame in diet sodas cause cancer?

Is sugar really addictive?

Do hormones stop you from losing weight?

Do carbs cause weight gain?

Is the Keto diet the most superior diet for weight loss?

Dispelling myths and giving my clients the real and trusted information that they need to succeed with their health and weight loss journey is something that I pride myself on.

And my clients get great results because of it.

No misleading information and no confusion surrounding our weight loss techniques.

No talking about a certain diet and then following it up with trying to sell them a useless supplement for my own financial gain.

Just a huge support network and a multifaceted approach to real weight loss.

That our clients can understand and that are backed by science.

Nothing else for my clients will do.

I will always give them THE very best evidence-based health and weight loss nutrition advice that is available within this industry.
