Not Eating Enough To Lose Weight??

I love having conversations with my clients.

Especially when it gives me the opportunity to help educate them.

And to dispel any poor information that they have been given about weight loss nutrition.

I recently began with a new client from my latest intake of the 1-1 online weight loss nutrition consultancy.

And got into a really good conversation after they had watched some of my educational content inside their online resource area.

This client told me how a certain weight loss club, that she went to, was telling her that she was not losing weight because she “was not eating enough”.

For this reason, she then began to eat more.

Lots more.

And you guessed it.

Gained even more weight!

It always really frustrates me when I hear these stories.

Because it just creates the person who is looking to lose weight, massive problems, and just a ton of confusion.

I have not got a massively high opinion of weight loss clubs in general if I am honest.

The community aspect is good.

I will give them that.

But when it actually comes to people actually knowing what they are talking about when it comes to helping others with actual real weight loss nutrition.

It all leaves a lot to be desired.

Because if you are paying someone for weight loss information and they are telling you to eat lots more to lose weight.

Then you have a huge problem on your hands.

I am just so glad that this lady has come to me and my consultancy.

Where she will now be looked after and educated correctly.

Because I am going to absolutely change the game for her.

While also educating her correctly about weight loss nutrition in the process 🤓
