With lots going off behind the scenes.

 

Our weight loss clients have been getting some fantastic results with “The PHF Programme”

 

Building the habits needed to sustain long term weight loss.

 

And working on their own personalised programmes that I have created for them to smash their fat loss goals.

 

With all this work going on.

 

I have had very little time to open what will only be the second intake of the year for my online weight loss nutrition consultancy.

 

But I am excited to say.

 

That I now have a set date pencilled in for my next intake to open.

 

And I will be announcing it very soon.
