My 5 Top Tips When Eating Out…

Yesterday I spoke about the fear and guilt that people who are on a weight loss journey feel when they eat out.

I also mentioned that I hate to see it and that nobody should ever feel guilty when going and out enjoying themselves.

And that I always encourage my clients to live their life and have fun too.

But to also remain mindful and accountable.

That being said.

Here are my 5 top tips when eating out while on a weight loss journey…

✅ Having a 2-course meal? Try to have a starter and a main rather than a main and a dessert… this will typically be lower in calories!

✅ Ask for extra vegetables or salad instead of the carbohydrate option!

✅ Check the menu before leaving home… know what you are going into!

✅ Order a jug of water and sip throughout the meal to help with the feeling of fullness!

✅ Skip the bread basket!

And one more bonus tip for you that can potentially save you a SHED LOAD of calories on a night out…
