Making a Change With Your Weight Loss

I had an unexpected call yesterday.

 

A call from a person that I know.

 

And who was reaching out to me to help them with their weight loss goals.

 

This person had just come to a point in their life where they were sick of feeling tired all of the time.

 

Sick of going around in circles with different diets.

 

And just sick of not feeling happy about their body in general.

 

Sound familiar to anyone?

 

This person has tried it all when it comes to trying to lose weight.

 

Slim Fast diets.

 

“Celebrity” diets.

Diets given out by clueless “influencers”

 

And the good old diets that all your mates on Facebook have tried.

 

You name it, this person has tried it.

 

Over the years, this person has clearly built up a poor relationship with food.

 

And also a poor mindset around how to approach weight loss.

 

Due to all of the misinformation that they have received over the years.

 

The really cool thing here.

 

Is that I believe that this person still does not realise exactly what I can potentially do for them.

 

I am pretty sure that they think that they are going to just be plonked on yet another fad diet.

 

With yet another load of “rules” to follow.

 

This could not be further from the truth.

 

And this is the part of the job that I love.

 

Seeing the realisation on my client’s faces when they start to lose weight and feel healthier.

 

Whilst not being restricted to eating just chicken and broccoli every day is one of the best things about my job.

 

Educating my clients and teaching them about real weight loss methods is what it is all about.

 

And watching the penny finally drop for them is what I love to see.

 

I cannot wait for the next intake of The PHF Programme to open and to potentially work with this person.
