When you get a message like this from one of your clients.

You just know that it is going to be good news.

I cannot tell you how proud I am of this person.

They first came to me in October.

Had tried all of the fad diets before.

And had tried all of the “systems” and plans that are pushed daily by certain people/companies.

With no success.

Not in the longterm anyway.

I was sure that this individual thought that I had lost the plot when I told them that they could still have their daily glass of red wine, guilt-free, whilst working with me.

In fact.

I was convinced that they were going to go home and cancel their membership with me, in the belief that I had absolutely no idea what I was doing.

But they stuck with it.

They believed in my knowledge, they believed in my weight loss principles, and they believed in my coaching.

And most importantly.

They believed in themselves.

And I could not be more proud to see their latest results.

Because they are absolutely fantastic.

I do not breach client confidentiality.

But I will say this.

They have lost literally inches from every single area of their body.

This person is losing body fat.

This person is changing their shape.

And they are absolutely buzzing about it 🙂
