And for some people.

That is absolutely true.

But not for everyone.

And with my experience in the weight loss industry, I would even go as far as to say that it is not the case for most people.

Weight loss is not impossible to do on your own.

Far from it in fact.

But for some, they just struggle to do it when going it alone.
