“Can you sort me out a diet plan?”
A question that as a Nutritionist that I get asked quite often.
And the response that I give to this question is quite simply, “no”.
Not because I do not want to help.
And not because I do not want the person to succeed.
But simply for the fact that a set diet.
And meal plans will teach them absolutely nothing.
Not only that.
But you do not have to pay me for a meal plan.
You can get them from Google easily enough.
For free.
You do not have to pay me to print something off Google for you.
I do not do weight loss diet plans.
I do weight loss coaching.
And I do weight loss education.
That is what my clients pay me for.
It is my job to get them a long-term result.
Along with the education that will set them up for a complete mindset shift.
And a long-term positive relationship with food.
So if you want a diet plan.
Or a rigid cookie-cutter meal plan.
You will not find that here.
And I will certainly not be charging you for it.
Because that is not what is going to get you a result.
Coaching and education will do that.
And that is what I do.
So the next time that you receive a generic meal plan.
Or you copy one out of a magazine to follow.
Ask yourself.
Is this really going to work?
And is this going to set me up for long-term success?
The answer to this is more than likely no.
You need better than that.
And you certainly need more than a generic meal plan to get you long-term weight loss results.
