“I Can’t Lose Weight!”

A sentence that I hear from people who are feeling lost, confused, and frustrated when trying to lose weight.

I currently work with a client who said this exact same thing to me when we had their initial phone consultation.

A lot of the people that I work with feel as though they have tried everything when it comes to weight loss.

And they often come to me feeling like they have exhausted every avenue when it comes to trying to achieve their weight loss goal.

Now, I am sure that you have all heard people talking about a calorie deficit for fat loss?

And this is 100% correct.

But the thing that we need to understand is the fact that there are lots more variables that need working on to achieve weight loss.

And that will help us to maintain and sustain that calorie deficit.

Like I always say.

Eating less and moving more sounds simple enough.

But actually applying that isn’t always that easy.

We have to understand that people live real lives.

And that it is just not that straight forwards for a lot of people.

This is where I come in as a weight loss nutrition coach.

When a new weight loss client comes to me.

I do not just throw them a useless cookie-cutter meal plan.

Tell them to “eat less”.

And just let them struggle on with it.

I coach them.

I am there every step of the way for them.

And I literally walk them through the process step by step.

I help them to remove the daily obstacles in their way that slow them down.

And I help them to devise the best plan for weight loss… for them!

Weight loss is not a simple and straight forward process.

And a lot of the time.

That process is made a lot easier and a lot more successful.

When you have somebody on your side who knows the game inside out.

And who has your best interests at heart.
