How was your Saturday night?

Well, let me tell you how mine went.

Because a large chunk of mine was spent taking Sandy Ryan around the local supermarket.

And getting her all stocked up with the foods that she needs for her current training plan.

Obviously In between her telling me what she THOUGHT may be a good idea for her current training plan nutrition that is.

But unfortunately for her.

Biscoff chocolate spread was not in her structure.

Unlucky sister.

Better luck next time 😬

It was then back to her house to do a sweep of her cupboards.

Just to make sure that no random items of food had “accidentally” made their way into them 👀

I have been a weight-making professional boxer.

And I know all of the tricks 🤪

This all happened while she sneakily filmed me on her Insta stories and took photos.

Just to make me out to be a super bad and evil guy to all of her followers!

It is cool though.

She will thank me when she blows away her next opponent.

And eventually becomes the best woman boxer to ever grace the planet.

Defo worth a watch if you have a spare 3 hours.
