Frustrated With Your Lack Of Weight Loss?

One of the most used words, when I talk to people about their weight loss journeys, is “frustration”.

Frustrated at their lack of progress.

Frustrated about the way that they feel about themselves.

And frustrated about the fact that they are completely lost after years of building up bad relationships with food.

I hate to hear that people feel that way about themselves and their battle with their weight loss.

But I fully understand it.

The misinformation surrounding health and weight loss nutrition is a huge issue.

And you cannot blame people for feeling completely lost.

We live in a world where social media peddles a different “miracle” weight loss plan every week.

Netflix documentaries are delivering programs with a huge bias and cherry-picked science.

And where people on social media seem to have picked up their nutritional “knowledge” by listening to the biggest nutritional pseudoscientific quack “doctor” that there is on YouTube.

There is no wonder that people feel lost and confused when it comes to weight loss.

There is just so much bad information out there.

And it just motivates me, even more, to truly help people to get real and long-lasting results.

Without the confusion.

And without the pseudoscience.

Nothing but evidence-based information and advice from a Certified Nutritionist.

Who gets real people, real weight loss results… without the restriction 🙂
