Fat Loss…

Ok…

So maybe I am poking a little bit of fun here at some of the weight loss “leaders” that you find dishing out “advice” in your local weight loss club.

But let’s be honest.

How qualified actually are they?

How much do they really know about the science of weight loss?

And does a set generic food plan from their company really help people?

In the long term?

I have my own views on that.

But let’s leave that one for another day.

Because I have a crazy busy day today with the enquiries from the latest intake of the PHF online weight loss nutrition consultancy!

(A big thank you to everybody who has enquired already!)

My point today isn’t even supposed to be about calories really.

We all know that a “calorie deficit” is the key to weight loss.

And that is absolutely correct.

But…

Do people know how to continually work inside a deficit successfully?

Do they actually need to all of the time?

Do they know how to structure their weeks to achieve consistent deficits for fat loss?

And do they know how to get the rest of the pieces of the weight loss jigsaw puzzle in place?

Many do.

But LOTS don’t.

And that is where I come.

Fat loss is not as easy as just eating in a calorie deficit.

If it was.

Everybody would be happy with their body shapes.

Sometimes people need that extra support.

That extra guidance.

And that extra top-level knowledge to get them along quicker to their goal of real fat loss.

That is what my job is.

And that is what I work passionately on a daily basis with alongside my clients.

Without all of the smoke screens.

Without all of the misinformation.

And without all of the unsustainable plans.

I strike up fantastic coaching relationships with my clients.

And we get the work done ✅
