Back training with this absolute unit last night!

And it was long overdue!

Not only is he the head of S&C here at the PHFitness Studio.

A phenomenal athlete.

And one of the best coaches in the industry.

He is also a longtime friend of mine and somebody who I have always classed as family.

There are some big announcements coming up here at PHF HQ in the next few weeks.

And lots will be centered around this guy as we look to move him into more of a central role within the PT coaching set up here at the studio with new incoming clients.

While I personally move heavily into delivering the PHF 1-1 online weight loss nutrition consultancy.

There are exciting times ahead.

And I believe that I have the best team around me to deliver the highest level of quality that this industry has to offer.
