Eating Out Shouldn’t Be Off The Menu!

I have just completed a Saturday check-in with one of my online weight loss nutrition clients.

And I feel as though we have just had a really big win.

In fact, thinking about it.

I don’t just think that we have had a really big win, I know that we have just had a really big win!

For people who are looking to lose or maintain weight, eating out can be an absolute minefield.

And so many get overly stressed and overly worked up about it.

And that is understandable.

There is a huge potential there for them to massively blow a productive week when it comes to their goals with just one evening out if it is not done in a controlled and structured manner.

It can become such an issue that in some cases, people just avoid going out altogether in a bid to swerve the potential banana skin.

And this is something that I work hard on with my clients to get right as the last thing that I want them to do when losing weight is to take all the fun and enjoyment out of their lives.

The government is doing a good enough job of that at the moment already without me heaping even more misery and restriction on them.

So reading this client’s check-in today and them reporting back to me that they went out for their meal last night and navigated it perfectly, whilst having what they enjoyed and not missing out, was absolutely amazing to read.

Because life is for living.

And I want all of my clients to learn to live a full and healthy life while having fun and enjoying themselves.

Whilst still losing weight.

And without the restriction.

Because that is real-life coaching for real people 🙂
