Do You Want Real Fat Loss Results?

Ok…

So I am poking a little bit of fun at the situation today in my meme.

But…

This genuinely is something that I see so much of.

People beginning a weight loss journey.

Giving it a couple of weeks.

And then reverting back to that “shiny object syndrome” where they want that quick fix when they do not get immediate results.

I cannot blame them if I am honest.

It is very much the world that we live in nowadays isn’t it?

You know the one.

How we want everything yesterday.

How we expect instant results.

And how if we do not get them.

We go looking for that shortcut.

The problem is.

When it comes to truly changing your health and body composition in the long term.

Consistency is absolutely key.

Building those foundations for long-term success is not a two-week job.

I cannot stress that enough.

I know that we live in a world now where we can order from Amazon at 8 am and it is delivered at 8 pm the same day.

But that is just not how long-term health and weight loss works.

It is absolutely a process.

And one that takes working at with a bag load of consistency.

Now, I know that is not very “sexy”.

And I know that probably does not sound as good as “bOb’S fOuR wEeK bIkInI sHrEd PlAn”

But it is the truth.

And I refuse to sell my clients.

Or my future clients for that matter.

Anything else apart from the truth.

Changing your life is absolutely achievable.

But it is not always easy.

And it is not always a two-week job.

Sorry, bOb…

But your fOuR wEeK sHrEd PlAn just does not cut the mustard 😬👎🏻
