Do You Dread The Summer Months?

Do you dread the summer months?

You may be thinking that this is a bit of a daft question?

Everybody loves the summer, right?

Well, not everybody.

And from my vast experience working with weight loss clients.

I have found that the summer months can be some of the toughest for them

Why I hear you ask?

Well, look at it from this angle.

If you were uncomfortable with your body shape.

And you struggled to like what you see in the mirror on a daily basis.

Would you like to wear fewer clothes when it is warmer?

I know that some of my clients in the past haven’t.

In fact, they have been mortified at the prospect!

Being invited to barbeques where their friends are all “glammed up” and where lots of people there are wearing their finest outfits.

Going on days out where they are around many other people who they feel may potentially be judging them.

That is even before we talk about them going on holiday and potentially having to wear swimwear around the pool or on the beach.

The thought of that in the past has truly horrified some of my clients.

You see, the summer months are really not that easy for some people when they do not like the body that they currently have.

And when they feel as though they cannot relax at a poolside without people potentially judging them.

Unfortunately, this is just real life for many people seeking weight loss.

And these are the very real issues that people who are looking to lose weight suffer on a daily basis.

This can just get magnified in the summer months when occasions like days out, social gatherings, and holidays occur.

I understand this.

And this is the reason that I work so hard to get my clients results.

I want them to be able to sit poolside in their favourite bikini or swim shorts.

Without the fear of being judged.

And without the feeling of not enjoying the body that they live in.
