Do Something Every Day That Scares You?

They say that you should do something every day that “scares” you.

And while I am not so sure if that is right or not.

I do like the idea of pushing yourself outside of your comfort zones.

That is something that I certainly believe in.

And something in which I believe that people sometimes have to do to get themselves further on in life.

Or to get a result that they feel is out of their reach.

I always say this to my weight loss clients that I work with.

Going on a journey of self-improvement.

A journey to change the way that your body looks.

And a journey on how you feel about yourself.

Is without a doubt daunting.

But sometimes we have to work outside of our comfort zones to push for change.

And we sometimes have to work outside of our comfort zones to improve “us”.

For my clients.

This journey is made a whole load easier with me being there to coach, support, and educate them.

It is what gets them over the line with their goals.

And ultimately gets them a result.

Oh, and today’s picture?

Yes, that is me.

Yet again on one of my adventures in the Peak District.

Being placed firmly outside of my comfort zone as I scaled a horrendous height for my day of rock climbing! 🥴
