Do Something Every Day That Scares You!

They say that you should do something every day that “scares” you.

And while I am not so sure if that is right or not.

I do like the idea of pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone.

That is something that I certainly believe in.

And something in which I believe that people sometimes have to do.

In order to get themselves further on in life.

Or to get the result that they so badly want.

I always say this to my weight loss clients.

Going on a journey of self-improvement.

A journey to change the way that your body looks.

And a journey of improving your body confidence.

Is without a doubt daunting.

And the road ahead can seem long.

But sometimes we have to work outside of our comfort zones to push for change.

And we sometimes have to work outside of our comfort zones to get to that place that we never thought possible.

Every single client that has worked with me had doubts when they first began.

They were not sure if they could really get that result that they so desperately wanted.

And I totally get it.

Because when you have been on the diet merry-go-round for what feels like forever.

And have never got a long term result.

You are always going to have doubts.

But with my private 1-1 coaching.

My vast experience and understanding of fat loss nutrition.

My clients get to where they want to be.

Even if they did once think that it was impossible 🙂
