December And Weight Loss…

It’s December!

And for every person who absolutely loves the Christmas month.

There is a person out there who is on a weight loss journey that always finds it a struggle.

And that is totally understandable.

When you are on a weight loss journey.

Christmas can be a nervy time of the year.

The parties.

The treats.

The festivities.

And just the general temptation that comes along with this time of year.

Luckily for my weight loss clients though.

I have them covered.

I have plans in place in December to keep them all on track.

I have extra support on hand for them.

And I have all the tools that they will need to come out of the Christmas period in a positive mindset.

Now, does this mean that I want my clients to continue with weight loss over Christmas?

Not necessarily.

Only if THEY want to.

What is key for me over the Christmas period is that my clients enjoy the festivities.

Without the guilt.

And without the fear of having a mince pie.

Because who doesn’t want to enjoy Christmas?

As a Coach, I have to look at the bigger picture of my weight loss clients.

And I have to build them a lifestyle where they can still have fun.

So, does this mean that I will be advising a “free for all” over the Christmas period?

Of course not.

But it does mean that I will be coaching my clients to have fun and to enjoy Christmas.

And not to miss out.

Because when you work with real people.

You have to have realistic strategies in place for them that work.

And that is exactly what I will be implementing for my weight loss clients over the Christmas period 🙂
