Consistency…

Just for your information.

My clients that have just read the title of this post.

Have just given it THE biggest eye roll that you can ever imagine.

Because I ALWAYS use this word when coaching them.

And for very good reason.

We live in a world nowadays where we get everything yesterday.

And where everything is there at the click of a button.

This has created a mindset of expecting, and wanting INSTANT results.

Now, do not get me wrong.

There is nothing wrong with wanting speedy results.

But with this, you have to manage your expectations.

Because when it comes to fat loss.

It is not an instant process.

Whatever the “gurus” out there would like to have you think when buying their 4-week “fat loss shred plan”

Now it is my turn to do an eye roll 🙄

When it comes to REAL actual FAT loss.

It takes time.

It takes (and here is that word again…) CONSISTENCY!

It is a combination of building daily habits.

Building the bigger picture.

And building a long-term healthy and positive mindset.

You are not “failing” because you are not losing 10lbs a week.

Your expectations have just been skewed by the diet industry.

Because shedding FAT is very different from shedding scale weight.

Like I always say to my clients.

I can manipulate your body weight through water intake and make it look like I am some kind of magician when it comes to fat loss.

But that is not what you need.

It is misleading.

And I have far better ethics than that.

Because I truly want you to win.

So getting you to your goal through actual fat loss is what I do.

And that can take time.

Because fat loss is hard.

Especially when we all have busy and very real lives to lead.

And that is why my clients respond well to my coaching.

Because I know how to get them REAL fat loss results.

While not putting them on some crazy restrictive and unsustainable diet plan.

Which is never ever going to work 🙂
