Consistency Over Motivation…

Consistency over motivation.

That is the key.

And that is something that I drill into my weight loss clients on a daily basis.

Everybody has periods of motivation for their goals.

Take a look at January the 1st for example.

Everybody is super motivated to make that change that they have been dreaming of.

But fast forward a couple of weeks into January.

“Motivation” is seriously lacking.

And in some cases.

It has completely gone altogether.

That is because motivation is fickle.

And it is not something that you can base anything on in the long-term.

Because it leaves you.

But what does not leave you is habits.

And habits are formed by consistency.

One of the key elements to getting a result with your health and weight loss goals.

Now, do not get me wrong.

I am not saying that means it all becomes easy.

Because it doesn’t.

You will still need solid help, knowledge, and support along the way.

But what I am saying is that consistency is a far more useful tool than motivation will ever be.

So if you are looking to smash your health and weight loss goals in 2021.

Remember this.

Motivation is all well and good.

But it is daily consistency that will get you to your goals.

And that will create you those longer-term habits.

It is what I work on with my clients on a daily, and consistent basis 🙂
