Being Realistic…

Now, do not get me wrong here.

If you can begin your health and weight loss journey and eat nothing but chicken and broccoli for the rest of your life.

Then fair play to you.

And if that is the case, then you should probably be coaching me through nutrition!

Joking aside though, the real facts of the matter here are that unless you are a professional athlete who’s next paycheque relies on you making weight.

The chances are, that you are never going to stick to just eating lean cuts of meat and vegetables every day.

And that is fine.

I would not expect that from you.

Because doing that is just not realistic.

No matter how much the “Fitfam” on social media love to claim that it’s all down to “how much you want it”.

It isn’t.

That is a stupid saying.

It is all down to what is realistic.

And what is realistic is me helping you to find a personal structure that works for you.

And a personal structure that suits your lifestyle.

Without the restriction.

If you are reading this thinking that my clients are only getting weight loss results by living like saints.

Then you will be sadly mistaken.

My clients are getting results while still being able to enjoy their lives and still being able to enjoy the foods that they love.

Because anything less than that just would not work for them.

Remember.
