It has been yet another crazy week here at PHF HQ.

With another 7 super productive days under my, and my client’s belts.

Some of my wins for this week include…

✅ A fat loss client having lost over 5lbs

✅ A fat loss client telling me that they feel more confident in their own appearance

✅ A fat loss client telling me that the education that I deliver to them around weight loss is a complete game-changer for them

Not only that.

I also managed to get a day’s worth of fantastic filming done for my clients too.

As I look to add even more education into their private online nutrition platforms.

And also into their private support groups.

A week well spent I say.

So, what does the rest of my weekend have in store for me?

Well, I am being wined and dined tonight with a birthday meal.

At a nice restaurant.

And I will tell you something else too…

I may even have a few beers!
