My 3-Month Coaching Package…

When I begin working with a weight-loss client.

I always make clear that to get the best results from my service.

That a minimum of 3 months is what I look to work with people for.

Now, this is not some seedy sales tactic.

That I have seen around the industry 👀

This is purely because here at my consultancy.

I do things right.

I am very honest about the speed of a weight loss journey.

And I am very honest about how important it is to build effective habits to support that.

I just do not feel that I would be giving you what you needed if I just performed a quick “4-week shred plan” with you.

That was mostly fluid loss, to begin with.

Because that would be a very short-term fix.

That you would learn absolutely nothing at all from.

Certainly for continuing your fat loss journey in the future anyway.

So I ask all clients to commit to working with me for a minimum of 3 months.

So that they can begin to build important habits.

So that I can coach them closely on a 1-1 basis.

And so that they have time to consume the first 12 weeks of specifically recorded fat loss content by me inside their own online weight loss nutrition platform.

That 12-week video series really is a game-changer by the way 😉

So, if you are looking to work with me in the future.

I look for a minimum 3-month commitment, to begin with.

You probably do not need to read my next few blogs about how my service is delivered.
