Yesterday I told you that I had a big announcement.
And I am a man of my word!
I am super excited to announce that moving forwards as a business.
That we will now be known as The PHF Nutrition Consultancy!
We have a new logo!
And we now have a new social media handle!
For us as a business.
This was such a natural step.
All of our content.
Our information.
And our posts.
Have been weight loss nutrition-centered for years now.
I am personally obsessed with nutrition!
And this is how we will be heavily progressing as a service.
Our PT service is full.
We are now increasing the size of an online nutrition business.
And I am SO excited about it!
As for PHFitness and our 1-1 PT service.
That side of our business is very much going strong.
And we will continue to deliver top-level and professional training services for our current clients.
While also continuing to deliver them amazing health and fitness results.
As we always have done.
And as we always will do for our private members-only studio.
With our head of S&C Rob Brown moving into more of a central role.
And working with any new incoming PT clients.
With our current 1-1 PT clients getting even more care and attention than ever before.
Which they will now see as they themselves get even MORE value as a part of their service from us.
And we will now look to open more (still limited!) spaces for our high-level and results-driven 1-1 online weight loss nutrition service.
I cannot tell you how excited I am about this move.
And I can promise you this…
